Our dough rests for 72 hours, developing a light and rich structure. Each pizza is stone-baked at over 400 °C and ready in under two minutes.
We use only carefully selected ingredients: Fior di Latte from Ghidetti, San Marzano tomatoes from Italorto, premium meats from Strøm-Larsen, specialty flour from Molini Dalla Giovanna, and Norwegian honey from Nordkisa.

With over 25 years of experience, the owner of La Vera brings true Neapolitan craftsmanship to Oslo.
Since 1999, he has successfully run a pizzeria in Germany, building solid expertise in both authentic pizza and delivery services. His passion is reflected in every single pizza – freshly prepared with the finest ingredients and genuine love for the craft.
Although La Vera has only been in Oslo for five months, we bring extensive experience in pizza making and delivery service from Germany.
